Provides real-time, deep insights on your body

What is Biofeedback Therapy?

Biofeedback therapy is a method that utilizes electronic devices to offer real-time insights into the body’s physiological functions to the individual.

This technique aims to enhance individuals’ awareness of their bodily processes and empower them with the ability to consciously regulate these functions, leading to better physical and mental health.

Common treatment applications:

  • Managing stress and anxiety
  • Reducing symptoms of migraine and tension headaches
  • Alleviating chronic pain
  • Improving blood pressure control
  • Enhancing treatment for digestive disorders
  • Assisting in relaxation techniques
  • Controlling symptoms of asthma

The Science Behind the Success

Neurofeedback focuses on optimizing your brain function by providing real-time feedback on your brainwave activity.

This non-invasive process allows your brain to learn and adapt, creating positive changes in neural pathways.

As a result, individuals experience improved focus, enhanced cognitive performance, and reduced symptoms associated with various conditions, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and more.

Biofeedback, on the other hand, tunes into the body’s physiological responses, such as heart rate, muscle tension, and skin temperature. By gaining awareness and control over these functions, individuals can effectively manage stress, alleviate pain, and promote relaxation.

The mind-body connection cultivated through biofeedback contributes to a more balanced and resilient overall well-being.

Reviews

I have had a great experience and results working with Dr. Petta and Michael. Since starting the neurofeedback, my profound insomnia has resolved and I have been sleeping deeply, through the night and extremely restful.

I find my ability to “respond” instead of react to external stimuli has really improved and thus has made a difference in my overall well being as an employee, co worker and family member much better. The sessions themselves are very relaxing and I enjoy talking with Dr. Petta and Michael as a bonus! I can’t recommend enough. Thank you
