Dr. Lorene Petta is the founder and clinical director of the Arizona Center for Neurofeedback, where science, compassion, and real-world results come together to help people reclaim control of their brain—and their life.

With decades of clinical experience and advanced training in Neurofeedback, Biofeedback and performance psychology, Dr. Petta is known for helping individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or failed by traditional approaches to finally experience meaningful, lasting change.

Michael McFarland


Michael serves as the Operations Manager and Director of Neurofeedback Services at the Arizona Center for Neurofeedback, where he plays a central role in ensuring every client receives thoughtful, coordinated, and high-quality care from their very first interaction with the Center.

Working in close collaboration with the Clinical Director, Michael helps oversee the full continuum of care—from initial assessments through program completion—ensuring each client’s experience consistently exceeds expectations.

Justine Jagga

Justine Jagga is a doctoral candidate and clinician at the Arizona Center for Neurofeedback, where she integrates psychotherapy, peak performance coaching, and Neurofeedback to support individuals in healing, growth, and optimal functioning.

With advanced training in psychology, performance science, and brain-based interventions, Justine works with clients who are seeking meaningful, sustainable change whether that involves navigating mental health challenges, recovering from trauma, or enhancing performance in sport, work, or life.

Jake Land


Jake Land works with performers of all ages, including collegiate athletes, business executives, individuals in the classroom, and those in the performing arts. His mission is to help individuals develop the mental skills required to perform consistently under pressure and thrive in demanding environments.

As a Sport Psychology graduate student at Arizona State University, Jake works closely with ASU Athletics, supporting athletes as they navigate the cognitive, emotional, and performance demands of high-level competition.
