Justine’s Clinical Focus at Arizona Center for Neurofeedback
Justine’s clinical work focuses on an integrated, whole-person approach that blends psychotherapy, Neurofeedback, and performance-based interventions.
She specializes in helping clients address both emotional and physiological contributors to distress and performance challenges, allowing for deeper insight and long-term change rather than short-term symptom relief.
Why Justine Chose This Work
Justine chose this field because she believes few people are truly given the time and space to reflect on their challenges and intentionally decide how they want to grow. She values creating a therapeutic environment that not only allows for reflection, but also provides tangible tools and supportive systems that empower individuals to take initiative in their own lives.
As a former student-athlete, Justine is especially passionate about offering the resources she once wished she had access to, resources that support healing, resilience, identity development, and personal growth both within and beyond performance settings.
Justine’s Person-Centered Approach

Justine believes in addressing the root causes of challenges rather than relying on short-term solutions. She takes a multidimensional, holistic, and person-centered approach, considering emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and physiological factors in each client’s experience.
Her work is grounded in collaboration and empowerment, encouraging clients to take an active role in their healing journey. She honors each client’s unique narrative, working in a way that is authentic, value-driven, and reflective of who they are as individuals.
