Jake has spent the past 2 years working with peak performers at the Arizona Center for Neurofeedback, and collegiate athletics at Arizona State University, supporting students, athletes and high-level executives across a wide range of sports and performance domains. His work focuses on strengthening mental skills essential for leadership, consistency, and performance in high-pressure competitive environments.
In addition, Jake has extensive applied experience across performance and developmental settings. He has served as a Life Skills Behavior Specialist, where he designed and implemented individualized programs for children with autism, supporting emotional regulation, behavioral awareness, and foundational skill development. Alongside this work, Jake has coached competitive baseball within top showcase programs, helping athletes pursue collegiate and professional opportunities.

This breadth of experience allows Jake to adapt mental performance strategies to the unique cognitive, emotional, and developmental needs of each individual, regardless of age or performance arena.

His mission is to help individuals develop the mental tools needed to perform with consistency, confidence, and purpose, especially when it matters most.
